What can we say about Roger & the Firestarters?Quite a bit, as a matter of fact, and all of it good. But to make it short, let's just say that this band is one of the most talented groups that have graced Greater Lafayette. When they play at Nine Irish Brothers, you hear studio-quality music, every time (there was that one time with the tequilla, but we won't go down that road). Start: 9:00 pm

Kilt Rock!The boys (and girl) from Mother Grove are back in town to rock Nine Irish Brothers in West Lafayette. Mother Grove is an energetic powerhouse of a celtic rock band, featuring renditions of many of the great traditional songs as well as kick-ass original tunes. This band always gets people up dancing and having fun. In fact, we've been known to form a conga line or two. . . . Mother Grove plays on Saturday, March 26 at 9 PM in West Lafayette. If you can't make it, don't worry--they play across town on Friday. | ||
